The COVID-19 pandemic has been hard, economically and emotionally, on the families staying with Family Renew Community while working to overcome homelessness.
Parents in about two-thirds of the families in our 32 apartments lost their jobs or had their hours drastically reduced, and many are still neither back to work or receiving their promised unemployment benefits. Thanks to our Guardian Angels Society members and other consistent supporters of Family Renew Community, these families don’t have to worry about losing the roof over their heads.
