We often find ourselves pondering the ongoing success of the families we’ve helped to overcome homelessness. Early indications from our new tracking system are that 96 percent remain stably housed.
A place to be a family
Clean and sober, Christina was ready to be a regular, everyday mom to her baby girl and 6-year-old boy, but they had no where to go. That changed when the first floor of Family Renew Community’s flood-ravaged Daytona Beach campus reopened. She bravely shared her story with a newspaper reporter.
