As it appears that we are coming out of the COVID-19 crisis, we remember the many trials that we experienced and are reminded of the many times we were protected and delivered by the Hand of God. We experienced many close calls but never were given more than we could handle. There were times when we thought we might drown in the troubles of the day, but we never did. It so reminded me of one of my favorite scriptures:
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 91: 1-2
