ORMOND BEACH – When Dan Weitekamp retired to Volusia County 16 years ago, he figured he would mix in a little volunteer work with his tennis. A knee injury has prevented him from fully enjoying the clay courts in The Trails in Ormond Beach for 10 years, but it hasn’t slowed his volunteer effort.
